A black-and-white punk show flyer with a raw, high-contrast aesthetic. The background features a live show photo taken from above — a drummer mid-performance, surrounded by bandmates and an energetic crowd pressed close to the stage. The scene feels chaotic and immediate, capturing motion and noise through the grainy texture of the photo. At the top, bold white text reads: “HARDCASE AND THE DAAC PRESENTS.” Below, the headlining band name, “MOOP/RIG TIME!,” is scrawled in jagged, dripping letters that look as though they’ve been torn or splattered across the image. Beneath the photo, the rest of the lineup appears in a mix of heavy metal and gothic fonts: “dog skull” in a cracked, textured typeface, “Lava” in a sharp flame-like script with small skull icons, “Felonclass” in a thick, fuzzy, static-like font, and “Pink Mammoth Sun” in ornate blackletter. The lower section lists event details in clean white text: “12/20. Doors 6, music 6:30. $15 PWYC or $10 with student ID. All ages. No drugs/alcohol. Wheelchair accessible.” In the bottom left corner, a circular Antifascist Action logo appears in black, white, and red. The entire flyer carries a gritty, DIY punk energy — equal parts rebellion, community, and intensity — blending photography and bold distressed typography into a single loud visual.

*Accessibility

The DAAC strives to be an inclusive and accessible space for all. We have built our space with inclusion in mind. During the building renovation process, we followed ADA guidelines. Some accessible features of the space include:

  1. A ramp entrance to the building. It is made with concrete at the appropriate incline and has hand rails. The doors do not open automatically.
  2. Two gender-neutral bathrooms. These have wide doors, lever handles, handrail, and plenty of space inside.
  3. Venue seating. Benches are located against the side walls of the event space. A large stack of sturdy folding chairs with backs are available in the space at all times.
  4. Curb cuts. The closest curb cut to our accessible ramp, unfortunately, contains gravel. Paved curb cuts are located at the intersection of Saunders Ct. and Plainfield Ave. on the North and West corners (near the entrance of Gaia Café).
