0/30: Balancing Strength & Tranquility - We will begin our practice with a group hypnosis/visualization led by Rachel Hipp, a holistic therapist and hypnotherapist. For the first 20 minutes participants we will be led on a guided journey to explore our inner sanctuary and connect with our higher selves -- the strong, wise part of ourselves that keeps us moving forward on our life path. Bring a journal to record any thoughts or messages that come through for you! From there, we will shift into the movement portion of the workshop (slow stretch, gentle flow yoga, intuitive movement, guided dance). A little bit of Halloween may creep into the movement exercises we will be doing + the song selection
Mindful Movement is a progressive movement class that begins with mediation/intention-setting/journaling to quiet the mind, moves in slow stretch, yoga, then intuitive and guided dance. This class is built with inclusivity in mind and is appropriate for all levels of experience!
After the workshop we share a meal together from Gaia House Café. This event is intended to be an outlet for practicing joy, embracing authenticity, and building community.
$35 all-inclusive. Cost now includes the workshop, your brunch, and unlimited coffee/tea and a special non-alcoholic brunch cocktail each week!
